What is included

- Mail receipt, email notifications, scanning on request and collection during staffed hours.
- Support with Google Business Profile video verification, subject to eligibility and Google’s review. Annual plans include filming support; see the full inclusions.
- 50% off meeting room hire.
Optional mail forwarding costs $10 per request plus postage. We arrange the postage label and invoice you before dispatch. There is no prepaid credit system.

How quickly can I set up my virtual office in Brisbane?
Virtual office setup can be completed in 1-2 business days. Once you're verified and your invoice is paid, we'll send your permission to use address with your Unique Office Number. You can begin using the address immediately.
Can I use this Virtual Office address as a manufacturer's address for my product?
Yes you can. Our permission to use address document will be sent to you on payment with a unique office number and the address to use on your packaging or labels.
What's included with a Salt Space virtual office membership?
Your membership includes a professional business address, unique office number, mail notifications, mail scanning, free printing (100 pages/month), 50% off meeting room and hot desk bookings, and listing in our Business Directory.
Can I use the virtual office address for ASIC, ABN and IP Australia?
Yes, our address is suitable for ASIC registration, ABN updates, and IP Australia filings. We provide a "Permission to Use Address" document for each of these purposes.
How much does a virtual office cost at Salt Space?
Our virtual office pricing is $40/month (plus a $30 one-off setup fee) or $480/year — all GST included. Two business names are included; additional names are $5/month each.
Can I include more than one company on a single membership?
Each membership covers one legal entity. Additional business names registered to the same ABN/ACN are included (first 2 free, then $5/month each). Additional companies with the same Beneficial Owner can be added for $20/month per company. Companies with a different Beneficial Owner require their own separate membership.
How do I access or manage my mail?
You'll receive an email notification when mail arrives. You can collect it during reception hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm), have it scanned and emailed, or request mail forwarding for $10 per item plus postage. We store mail securely for up to 1 month.
Can I use the virtual office address if I'm not based in Brisbane?
Yes, you can use our virtual office address no matter where you're located. It's perfect for remote or international businesses needing a Brisbane presence.
How do I cancel my virtual office service?
To cancel, please advise your end date using our cancellation form. Remove our address from your registrations and settle any balances. We can forward remaining mail for $10 + postage.
Can I meet clients or book space as a virtual office member?
Yes! Virtual office members receive 50% off meeting rooms and one-day hot desk passes, perfect for hosting clients or working onsite when needed.
What happens if Google doesn't verify my address?
We provide full support including a verification guide and assistance with the video process. However, verification is at Google's sole discretion and is not guaranteed. Let us know if you need to re-book to re-record your video.
