Private studios & office leases are occasionally available in our co-working space. Read below to see if we have a private studio currently available for lease. If a private studio isn’t currently available, contact us to be placed on the waiting list and we will contact you when a studio becomes available. Or you may wish to consider sharing a studio or renting a desk?

As a tenant of Salt Space, you have 24-7 access to all shared areas of the building including:

• Equipped kitchen (Sink, fridges, microwaves etc)
• Bathrooms
• Social alfresco area
• Meeting room (2 hours/week (min half hour booking) free and 50% discount after that)
• Foyer

Studios are also allowed signage at our street entrance.
