Working in a shared office
Use headphones for calls at your desk. For private conversations, book the meeting room or meeting pod. You can change your desk allocation with one week’s notice, subject to availability.

What is a shared office space?
A flexible workspace where multiple individuals or teams work alongside each other. Includes desks, Wi‑Fi, meeting rooms and kitchen access — no long‑term lease required.
How much does it cost?
From $100 per week for 1 desk, with discounts for multiple desks. Prices include GST, internet, cleaning and amenities.
Can I rent for just a week or two?
Yes. Minimum rental is one week. No lock‑in contracts — book for as little or as long as you need.
Do I need to bring furniture or equipment?
No. Spaces are furnished. You’ll have a desk, chair, and monitor options — just bring your laptop.
Can I take Zoom or phone calls?
Yes — please use headphones for video/long calls. For privacy, book the meeting room, use the phone pod, or step onto the balcony.
Can I rent multiple desks?
Yes. Reserve 1–4 desks or the entire cluster to avoid sharing with other members.
Can I scale up or down?
Absolutely — scale your desk allocation with one week’s notice.
Can I try the space first?
Yes — book a tour or request a trial day.
