  • Supports keeping your home address off public records where applicable
🧾 ABN / ABR & ATO — what the permission covers
  • ABR: Suitable for both the business address and postal address on the ABR

  • Use as your official Address for Service (trade marks & patents)

Google Business Profile Setup

If you plan to use the Salt Space address on your Google Business Profile, follow the steps below carefully to avoid verification issues.

Step 1 — Use the correct address format
Use the exact address format shown on your Permission to Use Address document, including your Unique Office Number.

The office number should be included in the address line 2. Ensure you have set up your new address across all registrations and online before adding to your google profile to help google validate the address during verification.

Step 2 — Prepare for video verification

Google often requires video verification. This means:

  • You must show business equipment or evidence of legitimate activity
  • Your business name must match exactly
  • You must demonstrate authorised access to the premises
Approval is at Google’s discretion. Payment for filming or support does not guarantee approval.
Optional — Google verification support

We offer guided support for Google verification, including:

  • Address formatting guidance
  • Video verification session/s as required (12 month plan only)
  • Reserved desk + signage setup for filming
⚠️Important: Only 1 business name per Virtual Office service can be supported for Google verification. Google Verification support included with 12 month plan only.
