When mail arrives, we log it and email you with the sender details and a clear photo of each item.

You tell us what to do

Simply reply to the notification email with your instructions – forward, hold, or discard.

Step 4

We forward & deduct credits

We send your mail on the next business day and deduct courier charges + $10 service fee from your credit balance (see credits section below).

Credits are purchased in advance and used to cover each forwarding trip.

Unused credits roll over while your membership is active. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What We Deduct Each Time

$10 service fee per forwarding trip – includes handling of up to 1 kg of mail/parcels.
Courier / postage charges at cost – deducted from your credits based on Australia Post / courier rates.
Extra weight: +$10 per additional 1 kg handled.
You’ll receive a low balance alert if there isn’t enough credit to complete a request.

💳 How do I purchase credits?

Choose $15, $30 or $50 and purchase via our form. Credits are purchased in advance and required before we can process forwarding.

🧾 How are credits deducted?

For each forwarding request, we deduct courier charges + $10 service fee from your credit balance. Each trip includes handling of up to 1 kg; add $10 per extra 1 kg handled.

⏱️ When will my mail be sent?

Forwarding is processed the next business day after we confirm your instructions.

📉 Low balance & top ups

We’ll email you if your balance is low. If there isn’t enough credit to cover a request, we’ll pause and resume once you’ve topped up.

📬 What’s in the notification email?

We include sender details and a photo of the item received, so you can decide whether to forward.

🌏 Do you forward internationally?

Yes – we can forward to an international address you provide. Please mention any special conditions for international forwarding in the form or contact us directly.
