🔁 Automatic renewal
Your membership renews automatically based on your chosen term (monthly / 6-month / annual). We email your invoice each cycle.
💳 How do I pay?
Pay online: Use the “View Invoice” link in your invoice email.
EFTPOS: Available onsite during staffed hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm).
Direct deposit: Bank details are listed on your invoice. Please use your name or invoice number as the reference.
International bank transfer: SWIFT / transfer details are provided on the invoice.
🛑 Cancelling your Virtual Office
You can cancel anytime. Please advise your end date using our cancellation form: Submit Cancellation Form .
- Remove our address from Google, ASIC, ABN, website, social profiles and email signature.
- Collect remaining mail (or provide a forwarding address).
- Settle any outstanding balances.
- Optional: Mail forwarding is $10 per item + postage (credits apply).

Mail Collection & Forwarding
📮 Mail forwarding (add-on for Virtual Office members)
Mail Forwarding is available as an optional add-on to the Salt Space Virtual Office. It’s ideal if you’re interstate, travelling, or can’t collect mail in person.
- $10 per forwarding trip to the post office
- + Australia Post postage (charged at cost)
- Fees are deducted from prepaid Mail Forwarding Credits purchased in advance
