📬 Can I Receive Mail Under Multiple Names?
Yes. We can receive mail under multiple names (Total 4 including Primary Contact) as long as they are registered under your account. Please provide us with a list of all names in advance so we can ensure your mail is correctly assigned to you.
🛑 Cancelling your Personal Mailing Address
Cancel by email anytime.
Before your membership ends:
- Remove our address as your registered mailing address.
- Collect any remaining mail or parcels.
- Settle all outstanding balances.
- (Optional) If you expect to receive mail after cancellation, provide a forwarding address (a $10 fee per forwarded item applies).
- Without a forwarding address, any mail received after termination will be returned or securely discarded.

📥 How is my mail received at Salt Space Coworking?
All mail is delivered to our secure mailbox located at our entrance. Larger packages are received by our reception team during staffed hours (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
🔒 How is my mail stored once received?
After we receive your mail, it is stored securely in our locked office. Only authorised staff have access to this area, ensuring your privacy and security.
🔔 Email Notification When Mail Arrives
We’ll send you an email with a photo of your mail or package within 24 hours of receiving it. That way, you always know what’s arrived.
📄 Option 1: Scan & Email
Want to see your mail without coming in? Just reply to your notification email and we’ll scan and email the contents to you.
You can then choose whether to:
– Pick it up later
– Have it securely destroyed (great for junk mail)
📦 Option 2: Collecting Mail in Person
Stop by during our staffed hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM) and bring photo ID for verification.
Need to collect outside these hours? We can accommodate in special circumstances, email us to organise.
👥 Option 3: Authorising Someone Else
Your nominated Primary Contact is responsible for collecting mail. You may authorise other people to collect your mail by sending us an email granting permission.
Email us with:
- Your written consent
- The full name of the person collecting on your behalf
They’ll need to bring ID when collecting your mail.
📮 Option 4: Mail Forwarding (Global)
We offer mail forwarding for $10 per item plus postage.
